Press narrative

My story in brief.

I am a 30.4-metre custom sailing schooner, designed by Hoek Design Naval Architects and built in 1995 by Engelaer Scheepsbouw in the Netherlands. Hoek Design shaped both my naval architecture and my interior — their work defines my character.

Following an extensive refit at two major shipyards in Amsterdam, I am preparing for my 2026 relaunch and a return to serious ocean voyaging. The refit has addressed my hull, rig, systems, and accommodation in preparation for my next chapter at sea.

At 30.4 metres with accommodation for eight guests across three suites, I was built for long passages and remote anchorages. My aluminium hull and teak superstructure reflect the construction standards of a working offshore yacht rather than a charter showpiece.
